Intelligent Nondestructive Separator

 It adopts large screen LCD and large numerical display tube. The display interfaces are as the follows: histogram, cursor figure, wave shape figure and digital display. The users may select different display interface according to different sorting project, which make the quality condition of being detected display on screen clearly, and users can operate it much easier.

Instrument principle

Due to the different effect on magnetic field for harness value of magnetic materials, material classification, depth of hardening coating, technology condition of heat treatment and defects of components ( such as crack, air hole, inclusion ) and certain logic correspondences exists. When detected work-piece contact magnetic field detector distributed uniformly, it will produce a changeable magnetic field volume which may produce a magnetizing current on coil of detector and transmit it to instrument through wire. After being analyzed treated by central circuit in instrument, it will display the quality condition of detected work-piece on display. When comparing to the standard sample of detected project, it can rapidly identify and distinguish the material classification, hardness, depth of hardening coating, condition of heat treatment and defects

It can observe the quality condition of detected work-piece visually according to the position of relevant graphics and cursor and then it may detect the type, hardness value, depth of hardening coating and carbon content of steel when relevant procedures are set.

Scope of application

Ferromagnetic materials, such as wire rods, plates, tubing, strip steel, billet steel and all kinds of automobile parts, standard components, bearing parts, forging, steel-casting, etc.
1. Distinguishing and identifying of types of steel for the same specification (material can be separated rapidly).
2. The hardness detection and rapid distinguishing of work-piece for the same specification under same heat ing treatment technology condition (hardness can be separated rapidly).
3. It may detect the carbon content of material for raw material of carbon structural steel (carbon is detected)
4. It can distinguish and indentify the defect of material and work-piece after being heat treated (flaw detection).
5. Detection and separation for depth of hardening coating.
